Community Engagement Coordinator

This position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative approaches to community engagement. Duties include recruiting and managing volunteers as well as overseeing partnerships with volunteer organizations; generating and coordinating community support for refugees; developing and organizing fundraising initiatives; organizing and administering public events. The Coordinator will be responsible for leading public engagement, donations and fundraising activities and development of organizational marketing materials including printing materials and social media. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.

Job Skills and Client Resource Specialist

This position is responsible for developing individualized onboarding and training plans for newly hired refugees (and other eligible immigrants), as well as delivery and/or coordination of workplace-oriented English Language Learning through weekly tutoring sessions. The successful candidate will work closely with employers to implement strategies to support refugee employment. Additional duties include helping clients with a variety of tasks including topics related to housing. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
