Community Integration Programs

Our community integration programs (CIP) focus on employability and social/systemic barriers that impact the ability for certain individuals and families to readily gain independence in their new community. Factors impacting integration include English Language proficiency, educational background, physical and mental health needs, social support, housing, family dynamics, immigration status among others. Our CIP staff identify eligible program participants and provide a combination of direct services, outreach, program development and program management.
